Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at knightssupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line Order Cancellation.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped it cannot be cancelled. At that point our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Subscription Cancellations If Knights Supply Co. offers subscription-based purchase options, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date has processed will take effect on the following cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
To cancel a subscription contact us at knightssupplyco@gmail.com or manage your subscription directly through your account portal.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours all pre-order sales are final as production and fulfillment planning begins immediately.
Gift Cards Gift card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once issued.
