Shipping Policy
Every order is packed with care and sent out on its way to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, holidays, or limited releases, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Knights Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays.
Cottage Food Restrictions Per Arizona Cottage Food Law, hard candy and fruit jellies may only be shipped within the state of Arizona. Orders containing cottage food items shipping outside of Arizona will have those items removed and refunded.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your order directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages Knights Supply Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. If your package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you catch an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
