Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We ship worldwide on all non-food products. Food products such as our jellies and hard candy are governed by our Arizona Cottage Food license and are limited to Arizona delivery only. These products are clearly noted on their product pages so you always know before you buy.

How long does processing and shipping take? We process orders throughout the week, typically within 1-2 business days. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx via Pirateship and always search for the most affordable rate for your requested timeframe. You get quality shipping without the inflated price.

Do you offer local pickup? We do not offer local pickup at this time. Keep an eye on our social media for local market appearances where you can find us in person.


Products

How long does the jelly last? Unopened jelly has a recommended shelf life of about one year when stored properly. Once opened, refrigerate immediately. We recommend consuming within 1-3 months for safety, though it can last up to 6 months refrigerated.

How should I store my jelly and candy? Store all food products in a cool, dry, and dark place whenever possible. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Once your jelly is opened, move it to the refrigerator.

Are your products allergen friendly? We strongly advise all customers to read the ingredient labels on every product before use. Your safety is our absolute priority. We are actively working on natural, lower allergen versions of our products and will have more to share on that as we develop them.

Do you offer samples? We do not offer samples through our online store. However if you catch us at a local market we do offer samples of our jelly and candy in person. Follow our social media to stay up to date on market appearances.


Cottage Food

What is cottage food? Cottage food refers to homemade food products made in a residential kitchen rather than a licensed commercial facility. Arizona cottage food laws allow us to produce and sell certain food products like jelly and candy within the state of Arizona. All of our cottage food products are made with care and clearly labeled in accordance with Arizona law. Any product that falls under cottage food will be noted on its product page.


Orders

What is your return policy? We do not accept returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience — this is a safety requirement for our products. If you find yourself in a rare or unusual circumstance please reach out to us through our contact page and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

What if my order arrives damaged? We pack every order carefully and with purpose to make sure it arrives safely. At this time we are not able to offer refunds or replacements on damaged products. If you have concerns please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Can I request a custom order or custom scent? We do not offer custom orders or custom scents at this time. That said we are leaving the door open for that possibility in the future. Stay tuned.

What products are coming next? 2026 is going to be a big year for the Guild. We are working on a full line of body wash, bar soap, and lip balm. Stay tuned — the quest is just getting started.

How do I stay up to date on new releases and markets? Follow us on social media — links are on our website. We post new product releases, market appearances, collaborations, and everything else worth knowing about. That is the best way to stay connected to the Guild.


Pricing

Why are your prices set the way they are? We believe great products should be accessible to everyone. To make that possible we operate on set margins for every product in the Guild. What that means for you is simple — we will always price our products as low as possible as long as our set margin is met. This keeps us from overcharging, keeps our pricing transparent, and prevents greed from creeping into what we do. You will never see us inflate a price just because we can.

Do you run sales or discounts? Yes. We run monthly sales throughout the year and are actively working on launching a newsletter that will include exclusive discount codes for subscribers. Follow our social media and keep an eye on the announcement banner on our site so you never miss a deal.

Do you offer bundles? Yes. We offer product bundles that bring the price per item down compared to buying individually. If you are looking to try multiple products at once a bundle is always the smartest way to do it.

Some of your products seem expensive. Why? We hear you and we are working on it. Some products are priced higher than we would like due to the current cost of ingredients at small batch quantities. It is an active goal of ours to access larger bulk pricing on ingredients as we grow so we can pass those savings directly on to you. Every price reduction we can make, we will make.
